Deposit Payment
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required in advance.
•    Deposit Amount: Typically ranges from 10% to 30% of the total tour cost.
•    No Extra Cost: We support our customers by covering all bank fees for deposit payments made via our website or payment links. You pay exactly the amount shown with 0% extra charge.
•    We accept all major international cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be settled at least three day before your departure date. You may choose one of the following two options:
•    Option 1: Pay at Our Office
You can visit our Hanoi office at 39C Hang Hanh Street, Hoan Kiem District with cash in (USD, EUR, AUD, SGD, or VND) or by card with extra 2% bank transation fee.
We are open daily (Monday to Sunday) from 6:30 AM to 10:45 PM to assist you.
•    Option 2: Pay via Secure Payment Link
If you cannot visit our office, we can send a OnePay Link directly to your email. This allows you to settle the balance quickly and safely from anywhere in just 5 minutes.
