HALONG BAY CRUISE GROUP - BOOKING POLICY

1.  Pricing & Rates All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Reservation & Payment
•    Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required to secure and confirm your reservation.
•    Extra Services: Any additional services requested after the initial deposit must be paid on the check-in date via cash or credit card directly on the cruise.
•    Bank Surcharge: A 3% service fee will be applied for all credit card transactions.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or fax.
3.1 Cancellation by Customers
•    More than 7 days before arrival: No cancellation fee is applied.
•    Within 7 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
•    Transaction Fee: The 3% service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.2 Cancellation Due to Bad Weather
In the event of cruise cancellation by local authorities due to poor weather conditions:
•    Cancellation on check-in date: A 100% refund of the total payment will be provided.
•    Trip shortened from 3 nights to 2 nights: You will be charged for a 3 days 2 nights trip plus any additional utilized services; the remaining balance will be refunded.
•    Trip shortened from 2 nights to 1 night: You will be charged for a 2 days 1 night trip plus any additional utilized services; the remaining balance will be refunded.
•    Urgent Support: The final adjusted cost will be confirmed by our sales department via email. Please contact us directly for any urgent assistance.
3.3 No-Show & Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any unused services, no-shows, or missed arrangements including accommodation, meals, sightseeing fees, or transport included in the tour price.
4. Passenger Information & Confirmation
•    Confirmation: All bookings are generally confirmed via email or fax within 48 hours.
•    Required Details: Passengers must submit full details (Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, and Contact number) at least 24 hours before the check-in date.
Note: Please be advised that Wi-Fi and TV signals may be poor or unstable due to the cruise's distance from the mainland.
5. Children Policy
•    Under 4 years old: Free of charge (one child per room).
•    Aged 4 to 6: 50% charge of the adult price (Sharing room with parents).
•    Aged 7 to 11: 75% charge of the adult price (Sharing room with parents).
•    12 years and older: Full adult rate applies.
•    Occupancy: Maximum 2 adults and 2 children under 12 per room, OR maximum 3 adults per room (extra bed charges apply).
•    Infants: Baby cots are provided free of charge (subject to availability).
